At Bella Fit by Mishy, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unworn and unused.
Be unwashed.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Bella Fit by Mishy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Items marked as non-returnable
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
A defective item
A damaged shipment
An incorrect item sent by Bella Fit by Mishy
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:

If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
